This is lucy, a four year old little girl. she was killed as an innocent but her soul was tainted. the result was she couldnt go to heven, but because she isnt evil she couldnt go to Hell. The only Answer was she became the next grim reaper. She meets dash and screws up and accedently makes him Imortal. Pluto, the god of the underworld, told dash the only way to prevent him from destroying both of them was if he protected her and keep her out of trouble. and that is only the begaining
